A wonderfully charming film about immigrant experience and the value of friendship. Salvador is a young Chilean man who is supported by his parents to make his first trip abroad. He comes to London to live with his aunty Maria in her house. He soon discovers Maria’s colourful party lifestyle and the odd collection of lodgers that share her house. Fascinated by life in the ‘most exciting city in the world’ he decides to stay on against his parents’ wishes.
